Returns

You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, kindly reach out to our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
